Run Info for all races
Welcome to the Warrior Trail Running
Experience the very best of Pennsylvania’s trail running—cool temps, stunning ridgelines, and vibrant spring bloom or fall foliage lighting up the forest floor. Whether you're in it for the challenge, the cause, or the adventure, this is your chance to create a one-of-a-kind experience on some of the most rugged and beautiful trails in the East.
Our Why
We are natives to PA, we believe that the PA Wilds are just as special as all the other places in this beautiful country that just get more attention, and we want to share that with our trail running community. From the Donut Hole Trail southern terminus to the Susquehannock Trail northern gateway, this region offers terrain that challenges even the most resilient trail runners. But our mission of raising awareness and funds for the Warrior Trail Foundation is first and foremost in our hearts, and the community that is growing around our movement is the keystone of our work. To learn more about what we do and why we do it, please visit our foundation page at the Warrior Trail Foundation.
The Warrior Trail Courses and Events
Susquehannock Trail Ultra - Postponed Indefinitely!
In partnership with the Susquehannock Trail Club, we are working to host a full-loop trail race on this amazing network of trails. Due to extenuating circumstances, we decided to place a hold on this plan for 2026, but we have not given up on the long range vision. Stay tuned for updates. Until then, express your interest or support for this fundraising event by sending an email to Brian@warriortrail.run

It is our goal to maintain the distances as much as possible and reduce or eliminate any hard surface road use where possible. If you are capable in using your navigation tool, this course is not overly difficult to follow. There are a few (very few!) locations where we don’t want you to miss a turn where you likely will find a sign, but don’t expect it anywhere else. All trails are well established and have blazes painted on the trees along the route. We will provide a class where you can learn how this is done on the PA Trail systems. In almost every instance, you can see the next blaze from the current one. This is why we do not mark our course.
